TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE.....US$5.00 (Before 08:00 hrs and after 18:00 hrs Mon. Fri. Sat. Sun. before 08:00 hrs)

DRIVERS OVERTIME…US$2.00 (Mon – Fri before 08:00 hrs & after 18:00 hrs. Sat. before 08:00hrs & after 12:00 hrs. Sun & P/Holidays charged throughout the day)

OUT OF STATION ALLOWANCE … US$25 PER NIGHT (If the driver has to stay out of Lusaka but within Zambia and accommodation was not provided)

OUTSIDE ZAMBIA …US$50.00 PER NIGHT (Note: This will only be charged if the client does not provide food and accommodation for the driver)

FUEL COSTS All vehicles are released with full tank and are expected back with a full tank.

VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) 17.5 % ( will only be charged to clients who are not exempted)
